Have you folks got a good handle on current WR membership for Texas & what the geographic disposition looks like? That might help in getting some kind of networking up and running, since most of the Texas District GWRRA went EWMA, and not necessarily joined WR.

David forgive me for slow response we have been dealing with a family issue.... Family first. We will now begin working on the membership in Texas. We are open to all suggestions.
