Chapter Patch Requirements

We are in the process of developing a new chapter patch. Is there a requirement for chapter patches to include the Wing'D Riders logo? If so, where can we get a graphic of the logo?

This is the Logo John Lazzaroni told me to use. I would assume for chapters as well.
