Jere Goodman SHOULD be able to answer all your questions about GWRRA. He was the Director of GWRRA at the time of closing 7/31/2022.

Jere or John,
I paid up for GWRRA and Rescue Plus thru 2025. Any idea when I'll see a refund from GWRRA?
Thanks!
Steve, those refunds are being handled by the GWRRA Home Office. Last I heard from posts on GWRRA Facebook page, was there is a delay due to the number of checks that have to be issued. You may want to call Home Office to see if they have a more recent update.

Thanks Jere! My wife checked Facebook and on September 16 they basically said don’t look for the refunds for about 6 weeks. I’ll wait until mid-November and check with them again.

Does anybody know what the roadside plan will be and how much it will cost? Don't like riding with out one.
Without a substantial membership base and the probability of a majority of the base enrolling at this early stage of organizing, you might want to check your motorcycle insurance policy to see if you are covered or see if you can get as an add-on. There is also AAA RV Plus that provides motorcycle towing coverage. Remember the other organization that closed 7-31-2022 at one time had over 80,000 members. With that many members the service was cost effective since there was little probability of 80,000 riders needing a tow in a year.

If your present insurance policy doesn’t cover your bike, look into AAA. I decided to get AAA for at least one year, but had to pay an extra $$ for motorcycle coverage. I’m planning on riding out west from MD so I’m just being cautious and wanted coverage just in case.
