Maintenance thread

Hello fellow wingdriders,
I was wondering if it is possible to add a maintenance and accessories thread so members and keep track of there maintenance and accessories of there motorcycle?

Wouldn't keeping your maintenance and accessories on a spread sheet on your computer at home be more convenient? I really do not see a benefit in keeping an individuals data on a website owned and operated by anyone other than the owner of the site.

I've seen it on other forums and wondered why it was even there. Me, I made set up a spread sheet and tailored it to my needs for keeping track of maintenance and accessories on my motorcycle and other wheeled vehicles and trailers. Then I made one for keeping track of fuel use and costs. These spread sheets are easily modified and they have an excellent search function.

I would attach a generic copy the spread sheet I made but the forum does not allow .XLSX files to be attached.

Friends of mine and I do the same thing on a spreadsheet.

I do keep track of my maintenance on another Goldwing site and thought it would be a good idea to have it on this new site.
